Spending money on underground pipes, hidden equipment or maintenance of roads that appear in good condition generally isn't on anyone's wish list. However, doing so is critically important because putting off these projects result in higher costs down the road due to more extensive repairs and replacement.
Michael will continue to support investments that sustain basic services such as water, sewers, and roads to keep costs down.
