Council's role is to set policy that conforms to state law and our own comprehensive plan.  I take this seriously and support investments in public safety, critical infrastructure, parks, and open space.  I am committed to preserving our waterfront and increasing access, views, natural habitat, and recreation.

I have actively worked with county, state and federal governments, to address traffic and growth management requirements.  Partnering is vital within the downtown core, to achieve solutions that encourage investment while protecting our identity.  For economic balance and sustainability, we must address and support job creation, so residents don’t leave Gig Harbor to find family wage jobs.
